Role Description
The Facade Designer will be responsible for developing detailed facade concepts and designs for commercial and residential projects, ensuring structural feasibility, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with relevant standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and project managers, and selecting appropriate materials and systems for cladding and glazing. The role involves resolving design issues,
providing technical support during fabrication and installation, and updating designs based on site conditions and stakeholder feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with the engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality facade solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Facade and Facade Design, with experience in developing integrated building envelope solutions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Shop Drawings, including the ability to prepare and review detailed fabrication and installation drawings.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Cladding systems, including material selection, fixing methods, and performance requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience with Glazing systems, including curtain walls, windows, and related glass and framing specifications.
