Role: Manager Raw Material Planning

Experience: 10+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Raw Material Planning skilled with 10+ years of experience in Aerospace, Defence, Precision Engineering, Automotive or High-Precision Manufacturing industries.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Raw Material Planning, Production Planning Coordination, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning and SAP PP/MM modules. The role requires ensuring material availability, timely production order release, schedule adherence and coordination with Procurement, Stores, Production and Engineering teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Master Material Schedules based on customer demand and production requirements.
- Perform rolling material planning and ensure uninterrupted raw material availability.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores and Engineering teams for material readiness.




- Release production orders based on BOM readiness and material availability.
- Drive material kitting and line-side material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, shortages and backlog status.
- Conduct material delta analysis and inventory optimization activities.
- Manage PR/PO follow-up activities in coordination with Supply Chain teams.
- Execute MRP runs, capacity evaluations and production order management in SAP.
- Maintain data accuracy for BOMs, routings, lead times and work centers.
- Track KPIs such as OTD, Schedule Adherence, WIP Aging and Inventory Performance.
- Support Lean, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer-specific quality requirements.
