The incumbent will be expected to build strong talent networks, create employer branding initiatives, develop sourcing strategies, leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools, and partner closely with business leaders to attract the right talent.

This is a strategic business-enabling role where talent acquisition, employer branding, technology, market intelligence, and workforce planning converge to support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate should possess solid recruitment expertise within Financial Services, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Brokerage, PMS, Research, Investment Banking, or FinTech organizations and demonstrate the ability to identify high-quality talent through consultative hiring.
