The Delivery & Project Lead – Senior is responsible for end-to-end ownership of project and program delivery within the Systems Integration (SI) Business Unit. The role holder will lead multiple concurrent projects/programs, ensure delivery excellence, drive resource and capacity planning, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and be accountable for the profitability, quality, and timeliness of SI engagements. This is a senior leadership position requiring solid technical acumen in systems integration, proven program management capability, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing delivery teams.

Responsibilities: -

Own end-to-end delivery of all SI BU projects/programs — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk — ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs and customer expectations.

Lead a portfolio of projects, providing direction and oversight to Project Managers and Delivery Leads across multiple accounts/engagements.

Drive project governance: status reviews, steering committee updates, risk and issue management, and escalation handling.

Partner with Sales, Presales, and Solutioning teams during the bid/proposal stage to validate delivery feasibility, effort estimation, and resourcing plans.

Own resource planning and utilization for the SI BU — forecasting demand, allocating skilled resources, and optimizing bench/utilization metrics.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and organizational delivery frameworks/PMO standards.

Manage P&L; responsibility for assigned projects/programs, including revenue recognition, cost control, and margin improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as an escalation point and trusted advisor for delivery matters.

Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, and cross-sell in coordination with the account management/sales teams.
