Key Responsibilities:

1. Practice Leadership & Development:
- Practice Growth: Define and drive the Guidewire GTM strategy, including target segments, account prioritization, and pipeline growth.
- Thought Leadership: Establish as a Guidewire SME and trusted advisor, representing in client forums, industry events, and thought leadership platforms.
- Operating Models: Develop scalable pre-sales and solutioning frameworks, aligned to transformational deal pursuits.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of Guidewire roadmap, cloud adoption, and insurance transformation trends.

2. Solution Development & Sales Enablement:
- Transformational Proposal Leadership: Lead large, complex, and strategic Guidewire proposals including implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, and AMS.
- Technical Solutioning: Define end-to-end solution architecture across Guidewire (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, Insurance Now), integrations, and data platforms.




- Represent in client presentations, RFP discussions, workshops, and demos.
- Sales Enablement: Build reusable proposal assets, accelerators, demo frameworks, and solution playbooks.
- Client-Focused Leadership: Engage clients to co-create solutions aligned to business outcomes.

3. Client-Facing Leadership:
- Consultative Selling: Drive a consultative selling approach, understanding client challenges and shaping tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with CXO, business, and IT stakeholders.
- Strategic Value: Lead discussions focused on business outcomes, transformation value, and ROI.
- Key member of client-presentation team; solid understanding of client value chain and ability to sell holistic capability beyond just product capability

4. Transformation enablement and Delivery Oversight :
- Techno-functional leadership in P&C; insurance and Guidewire ecosystem.
