Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate financial record keeping by maintaining up-to-date ledgers and general journals.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on sales, purchases, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct audits of accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide support for external auditors during annual statutory audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of GST filing requirements an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of taxation laws and regulations; ability to prepare TDS returns accurately.
