Working Mode: Remote (6 days a week), with occasional travel to client locations as required.

Job Description:
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Payroll Processing and Payroll Software Implementation.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Indian Payroll Management Systems, ensuring successful deployment and client satisfaction.
- Gather client business requirements and configure payroll software in line with statutory and organizational policies.
- Conduct payroll data migration, validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)



to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Configure payroll components including earnings, deductions, reimbursements, leave, attendance, shifts, overtime, full & final settlements, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Indian payroll processing, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance.
- Provide product demonstrations, end-user training, post-implementation support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations within agreed timelines.
- Strong understanding of SQL or other database query languages for data validation, troubleshooting, and report generation.
- Familiarity with payroll integrations involving attendance systems, biometric devices, ERP/HRMS, or accounting applications.
- Experience working in an Agile or project-based implementation workplace will be an added advantage.
