JOB TITLE: SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, JIOTUNES

LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI, INDIA

ROLE

We are looking for an Sr. Product Manager JioTunes to lead one of India’s most unique and underpenetrated digital product categories.

JioTunes is our caller tunes / CRBT offering at the intersection of telecom, music, identity, and communication. This role will own the end-to-end product strategy, growth, monetization, and evolution of JioTunes into a modern mass-scale consumer product.

The ideal candidate combines three critical strengths:

1. World-class product thinking
2. Deep expertise in Telecom VAS / Caller Tunes ecosystem
3. Proven ability to build products and categories at pan-India scale

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Growth, Business, Content, and Jio telecom teams to shape the future of this category.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute the long-term roadmap for JioTunes.
- Reimagine caller tunes for the contemporary Indian consumer through new use-cases and experiences.




- Build differentiated advantages across personalization, simplicity, and utility.

2. Growth & Category Building
- Drive awareness, consideration, adoption, and repeat usage at national scale.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to create category-defining campaigns and product hooks.
- Identify new user segments, vernacular opportunities, and regional growth levers.

3. Telecom VAS Platform Ownership
- Own core CRBT / telecom product flows including activation, provisioning, renewals, and reliability.
- Partner deeply with telecom stakeholders on integrations, scale, latency, and operational excellence.
- Improve funnel conversion across all telecom touchpoints.

4. User Experience & Engagement
- Redesign discovery, onboarding, tune management, and personalization journeys.
- Use experimentation and data science to improve activation and retention.
- Build AI-led recommendation systems and contextual tune discovery.
