About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled
2D Graphic Designer
to join our India office in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visual identities and producing high-quality creative materials for international conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple event brands simultaneously, work within tight timelines, and create consistent, skilled designs across digital, print, social media, website, and onsite event applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop event logos, brand identities, colour palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Create complete branding concepts for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Design sponsorship brochures, event prospectuses, proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
- Produce social media creatives, including speaker announcements, sponsor posts, countdowns, testimonials, agenda posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Design website banners, landing-page graphics, email campaign visuals,



digital advertisements, and registration creatives.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for event backdrops, roll-up banners, stage screens, signage, badges, certificates, invitations, and other onsite materials.
- Create infographics, charts, corporate profiles, internal presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Resize and adapt approved designs into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing, social media, web development, video, 3D, production, and operations teams.
- Review briefs carefully and ensure that all names, dates, logos, titles, and event information are accurate before submission.
- Manage multiple projects and revisions while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Organise working files and maintain structured project folders for each event.
- Prepare final artwork according to digital publishing and professional printing requirements.
