Role Description
The Junior Architect role at Theya Squares is an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Interns will support senior architects in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with space planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks may include creating 2D and 3D design layouts, helping with material selection, coordinating with the design and construction teams, and updating project documentation.



The role also involves participating in site visits, gathering measurements, and ensuring that design intent is translated accurately during execution. This role offers practical learning in a studio setting, with mentorship and exposure to the full design-to-build process.

Qualifications
- Foundational skills in architectural design, space planning, and concept development.
- Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and construction details using industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Competence in 3D visualization and presentation software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar) to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and building systems used in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow project guidelines and timelines.
