Assist travel agents and TMCs with group travel enquiries, questionnaires, and quotations.
Create and manage PNRs, process group ticketing, cancellations and refunds.
Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with trade partners.
Required Candidate profile
Experience working with airlines of the CIS countries, particularly in the reservations department, would be an added advantage.
