1. 8-10 year of experience, with 3-4 year as Solution Architect, handling large customer implementations of Microsoft CRM.
3. Positive exposure to Case management & Workflows (Microsoft Flows)RM as per customer requirements.

4. Hands on with Azure API Management, GraphQL
5. Customization and configuration of MS Dynamics 365.
6. MS Dynamics CRM on Plug Ins, Customization, Workflow, Security Role, Reports and Web Resource
7. Experience in developing custom solutions using features of CRM.
8. Excellent communication skills and exposure to handle international clients.
