Role Description

The Executive Director – Tourism will lead the tourism portfolio, with a focus on developing and promoting travel and immigration-related tourism offerings and partnerships.
This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad
involves setting strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, guiding sales and marketing initiatives, and managing key external relationships within the tourism and immigration ecosystem. The Executive Director will identify new market opportunities, design tourism programs linked to destination promotion and immigration services, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role also includes supervising cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Tourism and destination development skills, with experience designing and managing tourism programs or services.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to drive revenue growth,



build partnerships, and promote tourism offerings effectively.
- Candidates should possess proven Strategic Planning and Budgeting skills, with experience setting long-term objectives, allocating resources, and managing financial performance.
- Advanced leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide diverse teams and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including negotiation and relationship-building with partners, clients, and authorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior management role within tourism, hospitality, or immigration services will be highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities, with a commitment to ethical, client-centered service.
