What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.
- Build sophisticated multi-agent AI systems using LLMs, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, MCP/tools, memory, planning, reasoning, and workflow automation.
- Drive Harness Engineering and Loop Engineering practices to build reliable, self-improving, and production-ready AI agents.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient AI platforms that meet enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with product, business, and customer teams to translate complex business problems into AI-powered solutions.
- Mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and establish engineering best practices across the team.

What We're Looking For

of software engineering experience with a strong background in enterprise application development.

✅ Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems, including:
- Multi-agent architectures
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI orchestration frameworks
- MCP/tools integration
- Memory, planning, reasoning, and workflow orchestration
- Harness Engineering
- Loop Engineering

✅ Robust software engineering expertise in:
- System design and scalable architectures
- Distributed systems and microservices
- APIs and cloud-native application development
- Production-grade AI application development

✅ Experience delivering technology solutions for Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech organizations.

✅ Proven experience leading engineering teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring developers.
