Identify, develop, and manage recent business opportunities by researching target markets, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with customers, distributors, consultants, and industry partners to expand the company's market presence.
- Promote technical products and solutions by understanding customer requirements, delivering product demonstrations, preparing technical presentations, and explaining product features, specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare customized commercial proposals, quotations, tender responses, and technical documentation while coordinating with internal engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets through effective customer acquisition, account management,



and market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, product training sessions, and follow-up activities to strengthen customer relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements in products, services, and business development strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, technical support, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution, timely deliveries, and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM records, business development reports, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
