About the Role:

Incumbent will be responsible for driving Ad sales revenue pertaining to FMCG

category by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Paytm's

overall

business objectives.



You will lead a team of Ad sales professionals and work closely with

cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and finance to identify new revenue

opportunities and grow our advertiser base.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth for Paytm's advertising

business
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team that delivers against revenue targets and

KPIs
- Establish robust relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and leverage those

relationships to grow the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure

alignment with company objectives
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management
