Location:
Noida – Sector 68 (Pegasus Tower)

Working Days:
5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Shift Timings:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: 3–8 Years (EPR | Environment | Sustainability | Consulting | B2B Sales)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow key accounts in EPR, sustainability, and environmental compliance services
- Develop strategic plans to maximize client retention & revenue
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand client requirements related to regulatory & sustainability frameworks




- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
- Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Track account performance & provide data-driven insights

Requirement:
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in EPR / Environment / Sustainability / Consulting Sales
- Solid account management & client handling skills
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance & environmental services
