About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content, trends, audience engagement, and social media best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Execute content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts
- Write engaging captions, content copies, and creative briefs aligned with each brand's tone of voice
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders for smooth content execution
- Generate ideas for reels, carousels, short-form videos, and trend-led content
- Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions to drive community engagement
- Track platform performance and prepare monthly social media reports




- Stay updated with emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Assist in influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid social campaigns when required
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and brand-building activities across digital channels

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and content trends
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is preferred
- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in finance, fintech, wealth management, or startup ecosystems
