What We're Looking For
Experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment
Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
Experience working with US State/Government clients is highly preferred
Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS, VMS portals, and recruitment compliance
