Role Description
The Operations Executive (Bangalore) will manage and streamline day-to-day operational activities to support the delivery of PR and media services through NewsReach’s tech platform. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, overseeing workflow execution, monitoring campaign progress, and ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements. The role includes tracking operational metrics, identifying process bottlenecks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Operations Executive will also assist in documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication to maintain accurate records and smooth collaboration.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle workflows, processes, and daily execution.




- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in media, PR, advertising, or tech-enabled services operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or project management platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred.
