The Team
The Commercial Excellence CoE is a pivotal function within A&M;’s broader Performance Improvement practice, serving as the GCC-based hub for projects involving Revenue and Pricing optimization, Sales effectiveness, Market Sizing, Growth Analytics, Customer Profitability, Cost to Serve, Commercial Diagnostics and strategy support across B2B and B2C businesses





Our team plays a critical role in consolidating and scaling A&M;’s Commercial Excellence capabilities bringing analytical rigor, commercial insight, and operational know-how to help clients unlock measurable improvement in revenue and margin performance. As part of our firm’s continued investment in building out a full-spectrum Commercial Excellence offering, the CoE acts as a capability enabler and innovation engine service client projects, developing reusable methodologies, diagnostic tools, and accelerators that support commercial transformation initiatives across industries and markets
