Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support marketing, sales enablement, CRM management, and digital marketing initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, campaign execution, market research, content creation, analytics, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•CRM & Sales Enablement

-Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate customer information.

-Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline activities.

-Support lead nurturing and customer follow-up campaigns.

-Prepare sales presentations, brochures, proposals, and marketing collateral.

-Generate CRM and sales performance reports.

•Digital Marketing

-Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

-Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.

-Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website optimization activities.

-Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.

•Content & Brand Marketing

-Create content for social media,

-Assist in developing marketing communications and promotional materials.

-Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

•Market Research & Analytics

-Conduct competitor and industry research.

-Analyze market trends and customer behaviour.

-Track marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights.

•Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

-Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.

-Support webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.

-Assist in building customer relationships and improving engagement.

Required Skills:

•Technical Skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

-Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools.

-Solid reporting and data analysis skills.
