Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Supervisor role based in Hyderabad. The Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring that inventory handling, storage, and dispatch activities meet safety, quality,



and compliance standards. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, organizing shift schedules, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to maintain productivity and accuracy. The role involves coordinating with transportation teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and smooth workflows. The Supervisor will also track operational metrics, prepare routine reports, support process improvements, and help resolve on-ground issues to maintain high levels of customer service.

Qualifications
- Strong operational and supervisory skills, including team leadership, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably within fast-paced or temperature-controlled environments.
