Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain services and offers to customers.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).
- PUC/12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
