About the Prospect

We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive growth across our technology and hardware product lines. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, enjoy engaging with clients across diverse industries, and thrive on achieving targets, this role is for you.

We build and sell solutions across three verticals: Education (Robotics & STEM), Technology (Access Control & Software), and Hardware (CCTV Manufacturing)—giving you a wide and diverse market to work with.

What You'll Own

Business Development

Identify and develop new opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals across schools, industries, factories, corporate offices, hospitals, and residential communities.

Client Engagement

Understand customer needs, recommend the right solutions,



and conduct product presentations/demonstrations with support from our technical team.

Sales Execution

Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.

Market Presence

Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events, and provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
