Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to welcome visitors, manage front desk operations, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Provide information about company services to clients.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Good personality with a professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
