Role Description




The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal, focused on managing and growing a portfolio of life insurance customers. In this role, the Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand customer needs and financial goals, and recommend suitable Bajaj Life products and solutions. Daily tasks include meeting prospective and existing customers, conducting needs-based discussions, preparing and presenting proposals, and supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with branch teams and distribution partners, ensure timely follow-up on leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems. The role also involves achieving sales and service targets, resolving customer queries, and upholding regulatory and company compliance standards in every interaction.
