Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining Quality Documentation such as Procedure, Formats, Work and Test Instructions.
- Calibration management of monitoring and Measuring Instruments from NABL Accredited Laboratories
- Coordinating Monitoring and Measuring activities during Inward RM parts QC, In-process QC and Final inspection of FG product.
- Ensuring that the Corrective and Preventive actions are initiated by the concerned in case of NCs observed during all the stages in production and further its effectiveness
- Product certification & compliances viz. BIS etc.
- Implementation of QMS in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 in the Organisation.
- Monitor, Measure and improve Quality Index of Vendors
- Software Validation of test machine & FPY improvement for test machines
- PM plan & spare parts management for ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)
- BIT set up preparation for reliability & testing during Current Product Introduction.
- Any other assignment as may be given to you from time to time.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of electronic components and circuit fundamentals.
- Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO/EMS.
- Knowledge of MS 0ffice.
- Knowledge of SAP.
