Role Overview

We're looking for a Team Lead – Supply Chain & Operations (4W)
based in Bangalore to own day-to-day execution of our four-wheeler fleet operations in the city — from route and rider planning to SLA adherence, hub coordination, and fleet-partner governance. You'll be the on-ground driver of our control-tower mindset, ensuring every 4W lane in Bangalore runs on time, on cost, and on compliance.

We're looking to fill this position urgently — candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end 4W fleet operations across assigned Bangalore hubs/lanes, ensuring SLA and cost targets are met
- Own daily dispatch planning — slot-based and wave-based — optimizing for routing, load,



and battery/charging constraints specific to the city's traffic and geography
- Coordinate with local fleet partners, riders/drivers, and OEM teams to ensure uptime, safety, and SOP compliance
- Track and report on key metrics: on-time delivery, first-attempt success and vehicle utilization
- Lead exception handling and escalation resolution for time-sensitive or high-value shipments
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement for recurring operational issues
- Support current hub onboarding within Bangalore through Lium Go's standardized launch checklists
- Manage and mentor a small team of operations executives/associates on ground
- Liaise with charging/swapping partners in the city to keep energy downtime factored into route plans
- Maintain audit-ready logs and dashboards for client and internal reviews
