Experience

12–15+ Years SAP Finance Experience

Minimum 3 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementations/Rollouts

At least 1 SAP S/4HANA 2023 Rollout Lead Experience

Role Summary

Lead the Finance workstream for the SAP S/4HANA 2023 India rollout program, ensuring alignment with the Global Core Model while addressing India-specific statutory, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for solution design, functional leadership, stakeholder management, delivery governance, testing, cutover, hypercare, and team mentoring.

The role will drive implementation of Finance processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Controlling, Taxes, Intercompany, Closing Activities, and integration with MM, SD, PM/EAM, PS, MDG, Data Migration, and Reporting streams.





Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership
- Own end-to-end Finance workstream delivery.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard, Immersion, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
- Govern solution adherence to SAP Best Practices and Global Core Model.
- Manage Finance scope, RAID items, and critical dependencies.

SAP FICO Solution Design
- Design and configure:
- General Ledger (Current GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Banking & Electronic Bank Statements
- Cost Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting
- Account-Based COPA
- Intercompany Accounting
- Accrual Management
- Closing Cockpit / Advanced Financial Closing
- Support ACDOCA (Universal Journal) adoption and Finance simplification initiatives.
