Salary
- ₹25,000 per month (Depends on experience and interview performance).
Key Responsibilities
R&D; Operations
- Conduct laboratory experiments and trials to support product and process development.
- Perform liquid formulation activities to stabilize products.
- Validate production batches and conduct pilot batch experiments.
- Perform stability studies and maintain stability reports.
- Operate RO systems and Spray Dryer equipment.
- Handle laboratory instruments such as
Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Solid Analyzer, and Autoclave
.
- Analyze critical process parameters and complete assigned R&D; projects.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, observations, and test results.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain experimental logbooks and laboratory documentation.
- Prepare and maintain validation reports, summary sheets, design inputs, in-process testing records, and stability reports.
- File Spot Test, TLC, Coupling Test, Spectra Reports, and Review Reports as per product requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with stores and planning teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials required for experiments.
Required Skills
- Hands-on laboratory and formulation experience.
- Knowledge of dyes, intermediates, and specialty chemicals.
- Experience with pilot plant activities and batch validation.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the
