About the Role We are looking for motivated Diploma, BE / B.tech graduates in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering to join our team as School Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the school campus, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities Civil Maintenance ● Perform routine inspections of classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and other school infrastructure. ● Identify and coordinate repairs related to minor civil works, plumbing, painting, waterproofing, and masonry. ● Monitor the condition of school buildings and report any structural concerns. ● Ensure campus cleanliness and maintenance standards are maintained. Mechanical Maintenance ● Carry out basic maintenance of pumps, generators, fans, furniture, doors, windows, and other mechanical equipment. ● Assist in preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns. ● Report equipment faults and coordinate repairs with vendors when required.



Electrical Maintenance ● Inspect and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, ceiling fans, MCBs, and other basic electrical installations. ● Identify electrical faults and ensure timely resolution. ● Support preventive maintenance of electrical systems while following all safety procedures. General Responsibilities ● Respond promptly to maintenance requests from school staff. ● Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance activities. ● Maintain records of maintenance activities and completed work. ● Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and with minimal disruption to school operations. ● Follow workplace safety guidelines and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). ● Assist the Administration team in maintaining a safe and efficient school setting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
