We need a Technical Architect to design and build our internal Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This platform manages the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. It serves corporate employees and the contingent workforce. The system supports business units like Client Services, Onboarding, Employee Care, Delivery, and Legal and Compliance. You will design secure workflows to handle sensitive data and access controls. You will use Angular, Node.js, AWS, Lambda, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. You must ensure the infrastructure is secure and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- System Analysis and Improvement: Review the existing system architecture. Propose changes to fix structural issues or improve scale. Drive the continuous improvement of the HRIS product.
- System Design: Create high-level and low-level designs for the HRIS platform. Define data flow and component interactions across all modules.
- Platform Modularization: Structure and scale system modules. These include RFOP, RFBGV,
Client profiles, Corporate profiles, and Associate Tracking.
- Application Security: Protect sensitive employee data. Enforce secure coding practices, including those outlined in the OWASP Top 10. Implement data encryption and audit logging.
- Access Management: Design Role-Based Access Control and Attribute-Based Access Control models. Isolate data across different dashboards and user roles.
- Code Quality and Standards: Define engineering best practices for the team. Create detailed checklists for unit testing, peer reviews, and code reviews. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure compliance with these standards. Guide the team in Test -Driven Development.
- Database Design: Optimize PostgreSQL and MySQL schemas for
transactional data. Use temporal database designs for effective dates.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage AWS cloud architecture. Use AWS Lambda for event triggers. Secure the infrastru
