Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of a major greenfield manufacturing project, from business case development and FEL/FEED through construction, commissioning, startup, and operational handover. Take full accountability for project scope, budget, schedule, governance, and overall capital project delivery performance. Drive collaboration across global engineering, operations, business development, procurement, EPC contractors, and regional stakeholders. Develop and implement robust project execution, procurement, contracting, risk management, and change management strategies. Ensure world-class Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards are embedded throughout all project phases. Lead engagement with Indian government agencies, regulatory bodies, permitting authorities, and local stakeholders to secure all required approvals and maintain statutory compliance.



Oversee engineering design activities, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, civil, process, and infrastructure deliverables meet project requirements. Manage EPC partners, contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve exceptional cost, quality, schedule, and safety outcomes. Provide executive-level reporting, project governance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams. Lead commissioning, qualification, performance testing, and successful transition of the manufacturing facility into operations.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
