We are looking for a skilled Lead QA Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to drive the quality strategy across our product development lifecycle. The candidate will lead test planning, automation efforts, and QA team coaching to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality software.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Lead and coach the QA team in test planning, automation, and defect management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance,



focusing on test planning, automation, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and automation tools.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
