Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing Neomaxer's end-to-end commercial strategy across both
Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
and
Business-to-Business (B2B)
verticals. This role owns revenue growth, brand development, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate is a leader with a strong commercial mindset, capable of building a premium experience-led brand while driving growth through direct consumer engagement, corporate relationships, channel partnerships, and creative go-to-market strategies.

As Neomaxer expands its AI-powered travel ecosystem, the Head of Sales & Marketing will also play a key role in shaping the commercial adoption of intelligent travel planning solutions, ensuring technology enhances the personalized experience that defines the brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute Neomaxer's integrated commercial strategy across B2C and B2B business segments.
- Own annual, quarterly,



and monthly revenue targets while driving sustainable and profitable growth.
- Design scalable sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and revenue-generation initiatives.
- Establish sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting systems.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and commercial opportunities.

B2C Sales & Customer Growth
- Lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for individual travellers.
- Build consultative sales frameworks that focus on understanding customer aspirations and designing exceptional travel experiences.
- Improve lead conversion, customer lifetime value, repeat business, and referral growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints.

B2B Sales & Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and scale Neomaxer's B2B business by building relationships with corporates, travel advisors, event planners, hospitality partner
