Experience:
5+ years of buying experience in bridal/ethnic wear

Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase bridal wear, ethnic wear, and fashion accessories.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Build and manage vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor inventory and analyze sales to optimize buying.
- Coordinate with merchandising and store teams to drive successful product launches.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of buying experience in bridal/ethnic wear.
- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail ERP systems.
