About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of our CCTV surveillance and security solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, channel development, government tenders, and project-based business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities with System Integrators, Distributors, Dealers, Government Departments, PSUs, Corporates, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, and Industrial clients.
- Promote the company's CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, networking products, access control systems, Gate Automation, boom barriers, ANPR solutions, and other security products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals,



and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and project teams for successful execution of customer requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, networking, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in government and private projects by coordinating with the tender team.
- Travel extensively to meet customers and develop current business across assigned territories.
