Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads provided (walk-ins, online forms, campaigns).
- Handle inbound calls and respond to admission enquiries.
- Provide basic information about courses, eligibility, fees, and facilities.
- Generate interest and convert enquiries into appointments or visits.
- Maintain and update call records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Coordinate with admission counselors for further processing.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of courses/programs
- Patience and listening ability
- Data entry & CRM handling
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
