- Proven 10+ years of work experience
- Is a strategic thinker and strong storyteller
- Has experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Can translate complex business strategies into explicit, engaging communication
- Thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Brings expertise in internal communications, change management, and employee engagement
- Is passionate about building culture, connection, and organizational alignment
