The Role

We're looking for an energetic IT Sales Executive who is comfortable being out in the field. This is a B2B sales role focused on selling TracX to logistics companies, transport fleet operators, pharma/FMCG field forces, and government/PSU accounts across Delhi NCR. You'll spend most of your week visiting prospects, running product demos, and closing deals — not sitting behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of fleet operators, logistics firms,



and enterprises across Delhi NCR (Sahibabad, South Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and beyond)
- Conduct in-person cold visits, product demos, and follow-up meetings with decision-makers
- Understand customer pain points around fleet visibility, driver management, and route efficiency, and position tracX as the solution
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, and pipeline in CRM
- Support channel partner and system integrator relationships where required
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For
- MUST HAVE A BIKE/SCOOTY.
- 1–4 years of B2B / field sales experience, ideally in SaaS, telematics, GPS, IT products, or fleet/logistics solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR daily (two-wheeler / valid driving license preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confidence to walk into
