Role Description:

The IT Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, supporting the technology infrastructure across Dadus Sweet Emporio’s retail outlets and corporate operations. This role involves monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and point-of-sale (POS) setups,



ensuring minimal downtime and smooth business operations. The IT Executive will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, respond to technical support requests from store and office teams, and coordinate with vendors for hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include managing user accounts, overseeing data backups, maintaining IT asset inventories, and applying basic cybersecurity practices to protect systems and data. The role may also contribute to process improvements in IT operations and support the rollout of new applications or systems across the organization.
