Job Description: Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic
Bartender
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will craft exceptional beverages, deliver impeccable service, and create memorable guest experiences in line with the standards of hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and flair.
- Curate and recommend signature cocktails, premium wines, and spirits.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area in compliance with hotel standards.
- Engage with guests warmly, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and requisitions efficiently.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol and comply with all legal regulations.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to support events, banquets, and VIP services.




- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in hotels, fine dining, or upscale bars.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and bar trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Certification in bartending or hospitality management preferred.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
