What We're Looking For
- 11+ years of overall IT experience with robust expertise in
Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud features including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Quotes, Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers
- Expertise in Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, deployment, and release management
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
