Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Business Owners, and CXOs.
- Present Steller Chronicles' creative services professionally.




- Follow up on proposals and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily sales reports.
- Research prospective clients across industries such as Automotive, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Luxury Brands, and Retail.
- Coordinate with the creative team to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Achieve monthly meeting and revenue targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
