Job Summary
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts within the Manufacturing/Engineering industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, IFRS/Ind AS, SAP, treasury, and corporate finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual MIS reports.
- Finalize quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare audited financial statements and annual reports.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Ind AS and IFRS.
- Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and Skilled Tax.
- Coordinate with Internal, Statutory,
GST and Tax Auditors.
- Implement and monitor Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow and fund management.
- Perform financial analysis and management reporting.
- Review day-to-day accounting activities and ensure process compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and internal controls.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
