About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Compute to drive the design, implementation, modernization, and operational management of enterprise Azure infrastructure across hybrid environments.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for professionals with solid Azure Infrastructure and Solution Architecture expertise who have also managed enterprise operations, disaster recovery, cloud modernization, and technical teams.

The role is not a pure DevOps Architect or Application Architect position. It focuses on Azure Infrastructure, Enterprise Compute, Platform Engineering, Cloud Governance, and Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise Azure infrastructure across hybrid environments.
- Build Azure Landing Zones, governance framework, and cloud architecture.
- Lead enterprise compute operations covering Azure, Windows, Linux, virtualization, and databases.




- Design highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Drive Azure cloud modernization initiatives.
- Lead migration of on-premises workloads to Azure.
- Implement Azure networking including Hub-Spoke architecture, VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Private Endpoints.
- Design and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity using Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup.
- Lead Major Incident Management, RCA, Problem Management, and production support.
- Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM) and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with application, database, network, and security teams.
- Mentor technical teams and act as the highest escalation point for infrastructure issues.
- Optimize Azure cost, performance, governance, and operational efficiency.
