About the Role

We're looking for a
Social Media Account Executive / Client Servicing (Creative) for our FMCG vertical
who can act as the bridge between our clients and our creative team.

This is an execution-first role. You'll be responsible for understanding client objectives, translating them into clear creative briefs, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and building solid client relationships. If you're someone who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and keeping creative projects moving, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned FMCG clients.




- Understand client objectives and convert them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Coordinate with content, design, strategy, production and performance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
- Review creative work before client presentations to ensure it aligns with the brief and brand guidelines.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and campaign updates.
- Monitor campaign performance alongside the strategy team and identify areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting, estimates, invoicing, and account documentation.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through additional services and campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of communication, organization, and client satisfaction.
