The Role:

Own D2C merchant acquisition for Snapmint — strategy, team, pipeline, and the signings number. This is a pure new-business mandate:



you bring the best D2C brands onto Snapmint, and a dedicated activation & growth team takes over post-signing.

What you'll do:
- Own the D2C acquisition number: qualified pipeline, merchant signings, and signed GMV potential across target categories.
- Hire, coach, and lead a hunting team of BD managers; set territories, targets, and an incentive-aligned operating cadence.
- Personally drive founder/CXO-level deals with large D2C brands to close.
- Set category and GTM strategy (beauty, fashion, electronics, home, wellness); define ICPs and named-account plans.
- Structure no-cost EMI/subvention commercials within risk and margin guardrails; negotiate and sign agreements.
- Run CRM-led pipeline reviews and forecasting; hand off signed merchants cleanly to the activation & growth team.

- 8–10 years in new-business sales/BD selling to D2C brands or online merchants — BNP
