Role Description
The SharePoint Migration Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The specialist will plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SharePoint migration projects, including assessment of existing environments, data mapping, and configuration of SharePoint sites and libraries. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, performing data migration and validation, troubleshooting technical issues,



and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The role involves maintaining documentation, implementing best practices for data integrity and security, and collaborating with IT and business teams to optimize SharePoint usage and user experience.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess current systems, identify risks, and design effective migration approaches.
- Hands-on experience managing migration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-migration support.
- Proficiency in data migration processes and tools, with the ability to handle large data sets and complex structures.
- Knowledge of databases and their integration with SharePoint, including data modeling and performance considerations.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve SharePoint, migration, and related infrastructure issues.
